Increase Youtube – Metacafe Buffering Speed

With this process you can increase your Youtube and Metacafe buffering speed.

Just follow these some easy steps.


STEPS

Go to Start > Run

Type system.ini and press OK

after that ull get system notepad file as
; for 16-bit app support
